Shawna is a San Diego yoga instructor, Reiki master, author and spiritual activist who leads classes, workshops and teacher trainings throughout North America. She has also written a number books and taught teacher trainings. She founded Yin-Reiki and Chakra Camp and Project Breath, all yogic practices and communities that focus on finding joy through peace. She also created the first ever Yoga Teacher Training For Teens, which teaches teens how to become yoga teachers. She holds a Master’s degree in writing arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Early Childhood Education.
