These five people are the creators of religion: The founder prophets, the apostels and priests, as well as the rulers and wealthy patrons. Finally, there is the common man whose offerings and sacrifices make places of worship so prosperous. It is also discussed how the environment, food sources, technology, social change, and political forces have influenced people around the globe.

A historic panel discussion was held at the Festival of Theology in Sweden in 2015. The panel discussion was meant to explore the sacred texts of Abrahamic faiths, Judaism and Christianity, regarding human sexuality. The result of this effort is I Make All Things New. This landmark work recasts religion, especially Abrahamic faiths, as an ally and an opponent of queer equality. It also significantly informs both secular and legal movements around the world for LGBTQ rights. It is similar to I Am Divine, so Are You (2017) which presented perspectives on sexuality from the Karmic religions of Jainism, Sikhism, Buddhism and Hinduism. This book also played a significant role in the Indian Penal Code’s Section 377 being read down. These two books, which are both groundbreaking, expand the discussion between world religions about human sexuality to an entirely global level.SKU: PRK9353574550 -
