This book present study was undertaken to investigate into the vocational preference of traditional & non traditional entrepreneurs of both Hindu & Muslim communities in relation to need achievement, level of aspiration, security, insecurity and risk taking and SES. The main purpose of the study was to ascertain if vocational preference is a function of community socio- economic status.
The obtained data were analysed and treated with the help of both parametric & non- parametric methods consisting of Y test & x2 test. The sample insisted of 160 traditional and 160 non-traditional entrepreneurs of both Hindu & Muslim communities, the study was conducted in different phases, each phase having two sessions.
ln spite of some limitations the present study gives a guideline for further study and locates www verification relating to entspreise ship.
