After a distinguished career that spanned over 30 years, Vinod Malhotra resigned from Indian Administrative Services. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leeds in the UK. This added to his practical business knowledge gained through the leadership of several public sector organizations. His work in the institutions he worked in sparked his interest in the Bhagwad Gita. He clearly set out to deconstruct the Gita in order to make it accessible to as many people as possible. He claims that very few books have ever created such a stunning synthesis of thought and action as the Gita. Other works by Mr. Malhotra focus on the investigation into the causes of genes and the effects of ubiquitious, cosmic energy.
Every phenomenon in the universe is subject to the Principles for quality entity. There is no exception to this rule. Victory is meaningless if it’s not compared to defeat. Without understanding life, it would be difficult for us to grasp the meaning of death. It is sometimes called Nature. To accept the phenomena of death and life, we need to understand and appreciate nature’s essential nature. It is objective and impartial. It considers everyone equal. It is always evolving. It is brutal. It creates and destroys everything. It strives to preserve its natural beauty. These attributes all must lead to one conclusion. Nature will bring new life to the decrepit and destroy the old. Therefore, death must be seen as an opportunity to replace the old with new.
