This book provides ways to integrate different aspects of daily life with life so that we all can enjoy the freedom, meaning, and purpose of life. These three themes, inspiration, meditation, and personal well-being, are the main topics in this book. They provide a framework to present some of my discoveries. I have found that inspiration can be found in all things. There is general inspiration that can guide us and fulfill our lives, and there are specific inspirations that relate to specific events or issues. There are many ways to cultivate a complete experience of personal well-being. A collection of these methods is available for you to try and hopefully benefit from. They can be used as a standalone practice or, like the wellbeing practices mentioned above, can be combined with other things.
