Ramesh Grover was born in Lahore, 1933. He retired from civil service after a 34-year career. He wrote extensively about many aspects of life, primarily from a Buddhist perspective. He was also President of the Maitreya Project Bodh Gaya under the spiritual guidance of Lhama Thubtem Zpa Rinpoche.
All schools of Buddhism’s mindstream have dealt directly or implicitly with time as a casual cause of suffering. They also stressed the need for a shift in the mindstream that would end psychological time. In all of his teachings J. Krishnamurti has stressed the importance of understanding time as the main element of the factor thought. He also tried to help people see time through the lens of ignorance. This fundamental shift is from a method approach that focuses on a specific movement to one that includes all methods to be dangerous. This work is based on a meditative process of author’s memory recall. It will be useful to others in keeping an eye on their minds and attempting to understand the mischief of thinking that perpetuates the illusion of ‘I. It’s as if one is walking beside the Buddha and seeing something completely different. This is possible without the meditative presence.
