Kundalini and Self Realization

Ravindra Kumar, Ph.D., experienced Kundalini awakening and has published many books on yoga, chakras and dreams. Jytte Kullar Larsen was able to experience Kundalini awakening in 1992. This led her to Ravindra Kumar’s seminar. Since that fateful meeting, they have been helping people awaken Kundalini since.
Spiritual Energy is found below the base the spine in every human being. Kundalini is the East’s most advanced theory on this Energy. It is responsible for involution as well as evolution. Nearly all religions and faiths have their own ways to awaken this Energy. This leads to self-realization and freedom from falsehood. When the feminine and masculine aspects of the aspirant are in balance, the awakening occurs. This results in a change in personality and a new beginning. Normaly, we have a set destiny.
