This book will inspire other scholars with serious minds to do further research on the matter and give a deeper understanding about ‘Atoms’ and ‘Universe. Sri Verma deserves my congratulations. Murli Manohar Joshi wrote the ForewordK. D. Verma has decoded the Vedic hymns, thereby solving many of the mute issues in Indian scientific tradition and in particular mathematics and astronomy. –Dr.S.N. In his Introduction, Bhavsar states that the book leaves impressions and marks that are unreliable that linger in the mind. This suggests that there is something new and exciting that must be pursued. It makes one want to keep thinking. –Dr.B.D. Kulkarni is the Director of the National Chemical Laboratory at PuneK. D. Verma has decoded the Vedic hymns using technical terms and symbols. This is a highly commendable feat that places him among the most illustrious of his predecessors. –Dr.S.N. This volume on Vedic Physics, by Keshav dev Verma, is a remarkable attempt to interpret ancient Indian literature. It defines various symbols and concepts as well as the terminology found in Vedic hymns. Although Maharsi Dayananda believes that Vedas are the repository for all true sciences, the author examines this statement to see if it is true. Shri Verma chose Sankhya–Patanjala to explain the physical universe (Universe) using Cosmic evolution. The Vaisesika–Nyaya explains the methodology and explains concepts of physics and chemistry. Shri Verma has systematically attempted to interpret Sankhya’s aphorisms. He concludes that Prakrti, which has three attributes (Sattva (existence), Energy at Rest or Rajas (“energy that is efficient in a phenomenon and is characterised with a tendency to overcome any resistance)) is the ultimate ground from which the manifested universe can be traced. The Vaisesika-Nyaya elaborates on the methodology and explains the concepts of chemistry and inertva from conscious manifestation and resists the Rajas to work as well as well as well as well as it.
